Resend an email about an order to a customer

Did you have an issue sending the order confirmation emails or receipts? You can quickly resend these right from your website's admin.


To get started login to your site's Admin.




  1. Go to Shop > Orders
  2. Select the order(s) you'd like to resend.
  3. Under Action select Resend order confirmation emails
  4. Click Apply
