In this article, you will learn how to export carts to reach shoppers who haven't completed an order, but have started to checkout. In other words, they might have abandoned their shopping carts.
The exported data includes contact information, total value of their shopping cart and the date it was created.
To get started login to your site's Admin.
In the Thinkspace Admin, go to Shop > Orders.
Use the Status dropdown to select "Checkout process started".
Select the orders you'd like to export or select all.
Once you've made your selection, simply export orders as a .CSV using the "Export" button at the top of the screen.
You can periodically import your audiences into any email marketing system or as audience lists for advertising to reach out to potential customers who might be on the fence and ready to make a purchase.
