How can I contact you?

The easiest way is right through your website's admin. You'll notice a chat icon in the bottom right corner. We have a support system built into the admin where you can ask questions and we'll search our Knowledge Base to try and help you find the best answer. Simply type in your question and we'll do our best to link you to articles on how to answer. If you're still not finding what you're looking for you can create a ticket right from the chat window after you've described your issue.

Email us at, like with any email a short subject is helpful, also please include your name and contact info as well as a description of your question or issue.

Call us at 844-WE-JEWEL (935-3935) depending on our call volume you may get a direct support representative otherwise please leave us a voicemail with your name and contact info as well as a quick description.

NOTE: Unless it's an emergency we suggest creating a ticket or sending an email. You should receive an immediate receipt and a number for your ticket submitted. Our typical response time is within 24-48 hours and depending on the issue or question and our support volume.
